Susan and family, Peter and I extend our heartfelt condolences to you. We had the honor of meeting Rich and Susan at our son’s wedding last September. Rich was congenial, welcoming and a fun person to meet and converse with, as was Susan. He will be deeply missed.
I met Richard 10 years ago through work and have had the pleasure of interacting with him on many occasions over the last decade. No matter the situation he was always an encouragement. I walked away feeling better than before the encounter. When calling his cell phone I even enjoyed getting his voice mail because he took the time to brighten your day in his own unique way even if you couldn’t reach him right away. His attitude towards life may be imitated but it will never be duplicated. “May the One who creates harmony on high, bring peace to us and to all Israel.”
Richard had a very significant impact on the building and construction industry. He single-handedly led the charge and made our buildings safer from storms and earthquakes. I learned most of what I know about vibration from him. He will be missed.
Richard, Richie, Daddy, Rich. All the beautiful names for a wonderful man, whom we were blessed to have met in this life. Just about 10 years ago our family was lucky enough to meet Blake when he and our son became fast and lifetime “brothers”. That friendship is a reflection of the love and life values Richard doled out liberally on all, especially on his son Blake, who was most dear to his heart. Knowing Richard simply put, changed your life. He had an impact on all and a lasting effect on this world, and he will be terribly missed by those he knew and somehow more on those he was yet to meet; sadly he ran out of time. Our deepest condolences go out to Susan, Blake, Merisa, Frank and Baby Kline, from over 4,000 miles away. Blessings and peace.
