Sending all of my love to the Shlisky family. Ted was such a sweet man, and I was so fortunate to know him. He always had a hug and a laugh at the ready and always made me feel like I was part of the family. Erica, Roni and Brian…thanks for sharing your dad with me. May his memory be a blessing.
I have many fond memories of Ted growing up living on knight Lane. A great guy. My condolences Roni, Erica and Brian.
Ted was not only a partner and friend, but a brother, and I will miss him dearly.
Our deepest sympathy on your loss. May you have great memories.
Ted & I met in high school. He was my
first! He made me feel beautiful and
loved, even then. “Angel Baby” was our song. We sort of kept track of each other through the
years. And then, just as 9/11 happened,
we reconnected. Our relationship was
loving and also very complicated over the
next 20 something years. We always kept
in touch and talked about everything,
including our memories from high school,
the friends we knew, how we managed to
get through the tough parts of life and
how strange it felt to grow old.
He was a smart, loving, good man and
a most important part of his family.
I send all my love and condolences to
his children, their spouses, his grand children,
his adoring siblings, their spouses and
all the children in his wonderful and
very loving family.
What’s up, I check your blogs regularly. Your story-telling style is awesome, keep up the good
work!
