Nearly 60 years of friendship celebrating happy occasions, beimg there for the difficult ones, enjoying your company. How very much you will be missed, Larry. My love and sympathy to you,Toby, and to your beautiful family.
Marcia
Unkie, you will be missed, but memories of you in my life will stay with me my whole life, it was a blessing and an honor to call you my Unkie.
My condolences to my Auntie, cousins, and the entire Silverman family.
Love Always Ceil
I hope my memories of the time I spent with Larry bring the same comfort to his family that they bring to me. The story of his life, his joys and sorrows and how he celebrated and moved through them are the measure of the man. He and his life stand tall.
I cannot climb the Bema
Larry’d understand
We walked Wakodahatchi
Crab Meadow and Hecksher
His loyalty to family, friends and others too
But most of all his love made him special.
Missed he is and will be
He made us see the good –
Overlook the sad.
We lost a friend, father, husband
But he is with us forever.
Condolences to Toby and the extended Silverman family. Our cohort group is long-lived, despite the inevitable declines of aging. So many joyful memories around the Silverman home on Skyline Drive. The generous hospitality of Toby and Larry was evident in the open invite to friends to visit their patio and pool during the heat of summer, and sharing the warmth of their generator during winter power outages. This is the Silverman legacy.
We are saddened to learn of the passing of Larry – a loving husband, devoted father, and proud grandfather. May you be comforted with wonderful memories. Our condolences to you at this difficult time.
With sympathy, Debbie and Mike Mallen
